Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from the Website. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

What we sell

We publish and sell digital books. At present these are Wealth Begins Within and The Top 10 Digital Marketing Secrets, available individually or as a bundle, plus a free introductory e-book, the 7-Day Money Mindset Reset.

Every product is delivered as a file you download. We do not ship printed copies, and a purchase does not include coaching, consulting or any ongoing service unless we say so in writing.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Website in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout.

An order is accepted once your payment has been authorised and we have sent your download. If a price or product description is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price.

• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.
• Promotional pricing and bundle discounts apply only while shown and cannot be applied retroactively.

Delivery of your books

After payment you will be taken to a download page and sent an email containing your download link. Delivery is immediate in almost all cases.

If your download has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will send it directly. Download links are for your own use and may expire or be limited in the number of downloads for security reasons; we will always re-issue a link for a valid purchase.

Your licence to use the books

When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, keep it, and read it on devices you own or control. You may print a copy for your own use.

You do not acquire ownership of the book itself. We keep all rights that are not expressly granted here.

What you may not do with the books

You agree not to:

• Resell, rent, sub-licence, give away or otherwise distribute the file or its contents.
• Upload it to a file-sharing service, forum, group chat, course platform or any other site.
• Reproduce substantial portions of it in your own book, course, newsletter or training material.
• Remove or alter any copyright notice, author credit or purchase identifier in the file.
• Use the contents to train a machine-learning model.

Short quotations in a review, article or social post are fine if you credit the book and the author.

The free e-book and our email list

The 7-Day Money Mindset Reset is free in exchange for your email address. By requesting it you agree to receive it and a short follow-up sequence by email.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message, and unsubscribing does not affect any paid book you already own. How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are delivered instantly, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Educational content, not financial advice

Our books are general educational material about money mindset, personal finance habits and marketing. They are written for a wide readership and cannot take account of your particular circumstances.

Nothing we publish is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and reading it does not create an advisory relationship between us. Before acting on anything you read, consider speaking with a licensed professional who can look at your own situation.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise that reading our books will increase your income, grow an audience, improve your finances or produce any other specific outcome. Results depend on your circumstances, your effort and factors outside anyone's control, including the market and the economy.

Any example, figure or story in our material illustrates a point. It is not a promise of what you will achieve.

Intellectual property

The Website and everything on it, including text, book covers, graphics, logos, photographs and page design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. The names Vastus Legacy Strategies, Wealth Begins Within and The Top 10 Digital Marketing Secrets, together with our logo, are our marks.

You may view and print pages of the Website for your own non-commercial use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Acceptable use of the Website

When using the Website you agree not to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or anyone else's account.
• Upload viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Website.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.

Third-party links and services

The Website links to and relies on services we do not control, including our payment processor, email platform and hosting provider. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of any third-party site.

Availability of the Website

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time, including for maintenance, and we are not obliged to keep any particular product on sale. If a product you have already bought is withdrawn, your licence to the copy you downloaded continues.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Website will be free of errors or that files will be compatible with every device or reader application.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vastus and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data or business opportunities, arising from the Website or from decisions you make after reading our books.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vastus and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, your distribution of our books in breach of your licence, or your violation of any third-party right.

Governing law

General terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and changes apply to purchases made after the new version is posted. Continuing to use the Website after changes are posted means you accept them.
